Please note: You must attend "live" (in real-time) for the duration of the training to earn CE credits.
After the event, you will receive access to your evaluation and continuing education certificate via a personalized "attendee dashboard" link, hosted on the CE-Go website. This link will be sent to the email account you used to register for the event.
Upon accessing the CE-Go "attendee dashboard", you will be able to:
- Complete evaluation forms for the event
- Download your continuing education certificate in a PDF format

Informed Consent for Experiential Training
By registering for this training, participants acknowledge that they:
- Understand the experiential nature of sandtray-based learning
- Accept responsibility for their level of participation
- Agree to the guidelines outlined below
Experiential Learning & Participation
This training includes experiential components (e.g., sandtray work, reflective exercises, and small group activities) designed to support skill development and integration of course material.
Participation in experiential activities is encouraged but not required. Participants may choose their level of engagement and may opt out of any activity that feels outside their scope of comfort or competence.
Emotional Safety & Personal Responsibility
Experiential activities may evoke personal thoughts, emotions, or memories. This training is educational in nature and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, supervision, or personal counseling.
Participants are responsible for monitoring their own emotional well-being and are encouraged to:
- Engage in self-regulation as needed
- Step out of activities if necessary
- Seek appropriate professional support outside of the training if needed
The facilitator will provide a supportive environment but is not responsible for managing individual therapeutic processes.
Scope of Practice & Use of Techniques
Participants are expected to use clinical judgment and adhere to their professional scope of practice when applying any techniques learned in this training.
Completion of this training does not constitute certification in sandtray therapy. Additional training, supervision, and/or credentialing may be required for clinical application.
Professional Boundaries in Group Learning
Participants are expected to maintain appropriate professional boundaries during experiential activities. This includes:
- Avoiding providing therapy or clinical interpretation to peers
- Respecting differing levels of experience and comfort
- Engaging in feedback only when invited and within structured guidelines
Confidentiality in Experiential Activities
To support a safe learning environment, participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal material shared during experiential exercises.
While facilitators will model and encourage confidentiality, it cannot be guaranteed in a group learning environment. Participants are encouraged to share only what they feel comfortable disclosing.
Photography & Recording Restrictions
To protect participant privacy and the integrity of experiential work:
- Photography, video recording, or audio recording of experiential activities is prohibited without explicit permission from the facilitator and all participants involved
- No images of sandtrays created by other participants may be captured or shared
Registration & Payment
Registration is completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a participant’s place in the training.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other methods as indicated at checkout. Group registrations may be accommodated upon request.
Registration confirmation and event details will be sent via email upon successful enrollment.
Cancellation, Refund, & Transfer Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Full Refund: Provided for cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the event, minus a $25 administrative fee.
Partial Refund: 50% refund for cancellations received 3–6 days prior to the event.
No Refunds: No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event or for no-shows.
Registrants may request to transfer their registration to a future training (subject to availability and location) in lieu of a refund.
If the training is canceled by the provider, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future offering.
Attendance & CE Credit Requirements
Participants must meet all requirements to receive continuing education credit:
Full attendance is required. Partial credit is not awarded.
Participants must sign in/out (or verify attendance electronically for virtual events).
Completion of all required course components, including evaluations and/or post-tests, is mandatory.
CE certificates will only be issued after all requirements have been met.

If a grievance arises pertaining to continuing education activities or processes, please contact Tyler Gibson via confidential email to tyler@celearningsystems.com as soon as possible, so that the nature of the concern may be addressed in a timely fashion.
Grievances must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the training and should include:

Upon completion of the course, you will receive a link in your email to complete a course evaluation. Your certificate will become immediately available upon completion of the evaluation.

Program Changes & Cancellation
The provider reserves the right to modify program content, schedule, or instructors as needed. In the event of cancellation due to low enrollment, presenter illness, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or transfer option.
